All of our recruiting is done on-site under supervision and to further ensure the success of your project, we use only experienced recruiters and interviewers.

We Recruit from:

  • An in-house database containing over 35,000 names.
  • Client lists.
  • Randomly generated samples.
  • Cold calls out of the phone book.
  • On location intercept interviews.

We spend great amounts of time and effort to update and maintain our database. Because of this we are able to accurately recruit your respondents in a short period of time. Last minute projects seem to be a more common occurrence, and we are always ready to take on a project in the “last minute”.

Whether your project involves recruiting consumers, medical or business professionals you can always count on fully qualified respondents.  Every single respondent is carefully rescreened before your focus groups or interviews are to begin.  All questionnaires and screeners are edited by an experienced phone room supervisor, as well as the project manager.

Progress Reports are faxed or e-mailed daily. (You don't have to call us asking how your recruit is going).
